Nomophobia is the short form of "No Mobile Phone Phobia" which describes a psychological condition of being afraid of loosing or being separated from ones phone. The term 'NOMOPHOBIA' was coined by the United Kingdom (UK)Post Office during a study who commissioned YouGov, a UK based research organization.  This condition is common among almost 80 percent of teens and young adults and old people above the age of 55 years of age. The fast growing of technology in the world is seen to be the main cause of nomophobia.
